after months our carpet has become compressed and lost it's texture! We had our carpet installed on May 20th 2017, Our first warranty inspection was on January 3rd After a little more than months, our carpet has become compressed and has lost it's textureWe purchased it from **, along with new premium padding** has been wonderful in working with us to try and get the warranty coverage fulfilledDream Weaver has requested and sent the multiple sample out for "independent testing" only to have them come back as normal(even though the failure rate on some tests was 30%, but when averaged it meets standards) The warranty supposedly covers "abrasion, and loss of texture" both of which have not met expectationsWe are now stuck having to count on ** to make right with us a sub-standard carpet that was manufactured by an inferior company that has no intent in standing by their warrantyAgain, we have had this carpet in our home for 6+ monthsThere are four adults and no pe

Carpet has lost it's texture retention and would like it to be covered under the "Texture Retention Warranty"
Looking for replacement or refund
We purchased Dream Weaver Kaleidoscope color (Prairie - 726) from *** in the *** ** locationThe carpet was installed on October 12, The cost was $credit card which included the tear out of the old, haul away the old and install of the new pad & carpetThere was a total of sy that was installedLiving, dining, hallway, @ bedrooms and - stairs When shopping for carpet I told the salesman that I was looking for something that was durable and pet friendlyThe salesman recommended the Dream Weaver Kaleidoscope as he has this same carpet in his house and stated that it was nice carpet.I think that he just told me this to sell the carpet
After 2-months we noticed that the carpet was starting loose the texture retentionContacted *** on June 24, It was becoming very matted down on the t

JunkWorst carpet we have ever seenIt was installed yesterday roomsOne room will be replaced with quality within month All will be thrown out before end of year Paid over $per yard InstalledLooks like entry level builders grade Carpet quality looks nothing like sampleNo need to contact DreamWeaver, appears they do nothing for customer satisfactionI was shocked with first comment of my husbands when he saw, "we're not keeping this junk"Purchased from friends carpet store, to save friendship will just remove carpet and donate In our opinion not a quality product!!!

We had filed a complaint for excessive wear and that was for the first Dream Weaver Carpet and they agreedIt happened again for a better carpet! The first carpet started to show excessive wear after the first year and halfWe complained about the wear and Dream Weaver sent an inspector, as the carpet had a warranty that covered itWe paid to upgraded carpet from Dream Weaver and within three months it started to show the identical wear as the last carpet that Dream Weaver replacedNow, they have denied to cover the better carpeting with the same identical type of wear evident by the many pictures I have taken of both carpets

advertising: the carpet does not retain its shape in walkways and Dream Weaver is denying the warranty claim
A matter of weeks after we installed the carpet in August we noticed the pile crushing in the walkways and contacted the sales rep who thought the carpet was discontinuedWe removed carpet from a small room and replaced it with tile to protect our investment, however that piece is not large enough to cover the entire hallway which suffers from complete pile/tuft breakdown
Dream Weaver sent an independent inspector, whose contact information we retained for future subpoena, who conducted an examination of the carpetWe then received a letter from Dream Weaver representative ** which contained statements regarding our vacuum cleaner and accused us of not properly cleaning the carpet
The letter provided acknowledges "minor compression and twist loss" but the proof are the actual tufts of carpet fiber falling out of the backing which is not a result of

Carpet wear after less than one yearI was renovating my home after yearsThe contractor carpet was looking really bad, so I decided to spring for one of the highest end carpets available
During the first installation, they went to do the last room but couldn't finish because the carper roll had a cut down the middle of the entire rollNot sure how that got past the "quality assurance" but another roll was dispatched and installed a couple weeks laterAfter it was installed, it looked fantasticThen after only months, I began noticing what appeared to be wearingsomething you wouldn't expect for many yearsEven the cheap contractor carpet didn't show wear for many yearsThese wear areas are noticeable only the wall bordering the kitchen and near an entry areaI contacted the manufacturer and after a lengthy "wear me down process" and calling again and again, they finally sent an inspector to lookI was told I would receive a report within two weeksWell, after nearl

Carpet is failing, company is not responding to address warranty issues clearly defined in writing
Several areas of carpet are showing signs of significant wear; vacuuming, raking, and even steam cleaning has no effect on 'restoring' the pile in the crushed areasThere is even a sheen and color shiftThe home is years old; one personNo shoes worn in houseBare feet and socks onlyI installed upgraded padding that exceeded the carpet minimumsMy last home had carpet with two persons and lasted over years without this type of wearEven a prior house where I installed cheap imported carpet had no wear after two yearsThinking a class action is warranted with these folks

I purchased some Dream Weaver carpet from Rite Rug company Carpet was suppose to have a crush warranty Within the first year the carpet was crushing of course I wanted to have someone look at it and was told there is an inspection fee that the purchaser is responsible for The fee was almost have the price of what I paid for the carpet This is the first time I've tried to have someone look at carpet, so was trying to reach Dream Weaver to see if this was actually correct None of their emails work so I finally called their customer service That person told me she could not help me but gave me another email I sent another email and waited Then sent another email asking if this was a working email address I did get a reply telling me my email was sent to their complaint department but still have never heard anything This has been a couple of months I'm sure I'm stuck with it and waisted over a $on junk carpet

Awful smelling carpetPurchased rooms worth of Dreamweaver Exceptional in May, and the nasty odor will not go awayAll our windows and doors are open to ventilateWe have headaches and sore throats when spending time in the carpeted rooms, and it is especially bad on gray daysOf course, no one from Dreamweaver can smell itThis has been a very regrettable experienceThe pad and glue are not the problem, it has to be the carpetWaiting on resolution for the filed Revdex.com complaints requesting a refund for materials, not store credit

I am having a quality/wear issue with my DW carpet and have requested that they take care of the issue under the warranty and they refusedI purchased an above avg quality DW rug and had it installed in Jan by a local carpet dealer who sold me the carpet and the selling point was the amazing warranty offered by the mfrI was removing year old carpet that never had the types of issues that my DW carpet was showing after several monthsDW said my carpet was a oz soft product with high pile - my local dealer was called out less then a year after product was installed with concerns about how it was wearing and fibers pulling out of carpet and he said he himself didn't like the way it was looking but that to just not pull any of the loose fibers and cut them only and keep vacuuming which I did - our rugs were regularly vacuumed weekly, and we don't wear our shoes in the home and it's only the 2nd floor that has carpet, we only have people in the home and we were actually not

Dreamweaver does not stand by their warranty! We built a new home that was completed 1/3/We upgraded to most expensive carpet that was offered to usDreamweaver Cosmopolitan-Tumbleweed We paid an additional $for this carpetIt came with a year warrantyBy 3/17, we started complaining to our builder about the quality and wear of the carpetWe don't wear shoes on it, we don't have large animals or small kidsThe carpet is really worn in places and the fibers are coming out of the carpetWe complained to the design companyThey sent someone out who told me to steam clean itDreamweaver's own website states to steam clean after 12-monthsI've only been here monthsI escalated again and Dreamweaver sent someone out to test the carpetWe just received notice that they chose not to honor the warranty that is clearly stated on their website and provided to usThe website states that they recommend having the carpet professionally cleaned every 12-monthsD

We bought a home that we remodeled three years agoInitially we installed a more affordable dream weaver carpet and within a year and a half I submitted a claim at the carpet store we purchased the carpet atWe did request the best padding since we went with a more affordable carpetDream weaver gave us 100% credit for what we paid on the first carpet because they agreed that the carpet did not hold up as it should haveUnfortunately the carpet store said I had to go with dream weaver again since they were crediting the cost I paid for the carpet the first time(approx$3500) This time I went with a premium carpet and paid an additional $to get a much better quality carpet or so I thoughtIt was installed in November of and its now August and we have high traffic patterns through the halls and entrances and where rooms connectThe carpet now looks like a matted messWe have adults and medium sized dogs that live hereMy dogs are trained and crated when i'm not homeMy sister had new carpet from another manufacturer about a year before my first carpet was installed and hers still looks new so obviously dream weaver is the lowest qualityI now have to go to another carpet store to spend another $in carpet because of thisThe carpet is matted and mashed down, the twist is out of it in the high traffic areasI don't remember which exact name our carpet style was but the color was artesian and it was a nylon not polyester carpet

Purchased the carpet and it is matting extremely bad after only monthsNo children and basically person home with a top of the line vacuum
Purchased carpet 5/8/from **carpet has been steadily matting in master bedroomWe put carpet in bedrooms upstairswhich are guest rooms have no trafficI would like to say I have no children and My husband works offshore months out of the year so very light traffic (me)
Anyways with padding and carpet in the master bedroom run is around $+ and it looks awful around the entryway and entryway to master bathWe had it professionally cleaned and even the cleaners were surprised and took their own pictures how bad carpet wasI called the manager in that department of ** where we purchased the carpet, sent photos and receipt of carpet cleaningShe forwarded info to Dream weave and they sent and inspector (supposed to not be biased) right before Christmas
Anyways he came out and took pics and even my vacuumMind you I b

This carpet product manufactured by Dream Weaver has a very uneven blotchy color and textureWe purchased Dream Weaver carpet from ** and was installed in March of this yearWe noticed right away that this carpet did not reflect the Dream weaver sample we chose fromThe carpet is very uneven and blotchy in appearanceI contacted ** and they contacted the Dream Weaver rep to file a warranty claimAfter the inspection, I was notified by ** that the claim was deniedWe also noticed after the rep came out that some of the ends of the carpet are starting to mat in the higher traffic areas after only two monthsWe are only two people in the house and do not wear shoes insideI then contacted Dream Weaver direct to discuss the claimI spoke with ** who initially denied the claimAfter a brief discussion she said they would look further into the matter, however could not talk directly to me about the outcomeAbout a week later ** called to let me know that they would replace the car
