I am rejecting this response because:Every statement that I made was 100% accurate and I can prove it.let me know if you need evidenceI am happy to supply proof thata) I did not authorise charge - I had asked for a "hold" on my credit card.b) dream turf had NOT alerted me of their deposit forfeiture in the event of a cancellation(Even if months in advance).if they claim they have my signed acceptance of their absurd terms, Let them show itThe only reason they refunded the money was because I DID NOT sign their contract to accept their terms, and my credit card company called them on it.They are counting my advance cancellation as lost future revenue - even though they never provided the lawn installation.can someone educate them that a reservation cannot be treated as money in the bank without actual delivery of product?Dream Turf takes twisting the truth to an art.They may have a good product, but their customer service lacks in a big way

Mr*** story is not 100% truthfulWe did charge his deposit of $that we understood he indeed authorizedWhy else would he give us his card? Anyhow, after wasting a lot of our time and money, we did refund 100% of his deposit last week so there should be no issue now except that our
