Worst customer service I've ever encountered. It's been 4 wks since I cancelled. I returned the product and I'm still calling to get my money back! Outrageous. Do NOT do business with them. Dream House Interiors is not cheap, so I expected good quality, and great service for the price. I ordered romain shades. Picked the fabric and took pictures of the swatch and fabric name. After waiting for 5 weeks for the shades, they came in the wrong fabric. [redacted] insisted that it was the right fabric. I work in the fashion industry with fabrics, so it was obvious to me that it was not what I ordered, especially since I had the swatch pics. She still had her installer hang them. It took one week to get [redacted] to send the installer to take them down and finally admit that she ordered the wrong fabric. But that didn't stop [redacted]i from continuing to push the product on me. I clearly stated that I wanted to CANCEL the order and get reimbursed for the $1,750.00 she charged my card. It took two weeks after the cancelation date to see a $900 return to my credit card, but what about the remaining $850? I called again and she swore it was another mistake but that she fixed it. One week later, still nothing. I called again and was told [redacted] on vacation, wait another week. Called again TODAY. No answer of course. Still waiting for my $850. It's been 4 weeks.
