I paid dollars in advance for a session here I was called the day before the appointment and told it had to be cancelled due to some circumstances within their business which were none of my business I tried to speak with the owner Jared Preslar regarding the matter and he refused to come out of his office to speak with me I also attempted to speak with him yesterday He continues to send his secretary out to advise me it’s non refundable Fortunately their contract/receipt pertains to cancellations made by clients not by them They cancelled my appointment with less than hours noticeI was available for my appointment and services were not rendered
