Review: I ordered an album April 2nd from The Dream Album company. The book came a couple of weeks later but the color was very off. I emailed them and they said I should send it back. I did. After I sent it back I didn't hear anything from them even after emailing them many times. I opened a case on [redacted] and only then did they get back to me saying they will take care of it and the book will ship in two weeks time. Since then I have emailed them to check in many times and they keep on either ignoring my emails or saying it is being sent out. I have yet to get the book back or any date when this will be resolved. I ordered this book for a client and obviously the client is very upset as am I. It is September 3rd today. I sent the book back around the date of June 11. That is way too long to not have an issue like this resolved.Desired Settlement: I want the new book with the correct color sent out immediately. I am also refunding my client $300 off her pay for the delay. I want that reimbursed.
