We have attempted several times to get a hold of Mr [redacted] with no success Messages were left on the phone number he provided on January 16th, 19th and 23rd In addition, we show no records of the phone number provided calling our offices within the past months We would like to resolve this situation but require more information
When ordering online, the information provided is exactly as entered so any errors of information are the result of a keyed in error by the person placing the order A 9X is the same size as a 9XW so if she received the 9X, this was the correct sizing A refund was sent to the credit card on December 27th
A credit has been entered for the remainder of this order You should see it posted on your card within 3-business days We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused
