Draper & Kramer Mortgage

I paid $600.00 for an appraisal on a condo.
I tried to cancel the appraisal a week after the money was paid because the deal fell through.
I have the receipt for the appraisal and no where does it say credit only or no refund.

The Tom Rydberg has stated the appraisal was done however will not provide the appraisal or give me some sort of refund. He wants to give me credit toward a future apparaisal which he knows is of no value to me.

I believe the appraisal was never done as it has not been produced even though I have asked for it.
I would like a full refund of my $600.00.
