[redacted] from Drain Surgeons returned our call promptly, and showed up at our house as promised. While taking care of our pipe issue, he showed expertise, and handled the situation with a high level of professionalism. We were very pleased with his work and the results he achieved.
I have used this company before and they were great so I called them for another problem. This time I got an answering service. With each call I was told someone from Drain Surgeons would return my call. It never happened. After two days of calling and waiting I gave up. Note this was not one call per day. The last day I called 4 times. Such a shame.
