I tried to call you this morning, I left a message with my phone number Please call the warranty to place a recall The warranty gives you a parts recall period, that is longer than just the regular recall periodAs soon as we get the work order, we will call you and get you on the schedule with someone else If you have any more issues you can ask for me in the office.Thanks [redacted] ***

The customer initially paid the $then called us back days later due to the issue continuingThe Draingo technician informed the customer if he called the city of Brandon they would, more than likely, come out and do this work for no charge, but he insisted we do it and the price we gave
was $which he agreed to pay under the context that this job will have no warranty due to the line being broken.On the day the technician stated he did not run a camera Draingo told the customer that, if he would make access by way of digging up the pipe himself, we would not charge him to do this repairAfter not hearing back from the customer for several days, *** called himHe then informed her that he had fixed the problemAfter reading the Revdex.com letter we were made aware that the customer had an issueAt this point, *** contacted the customer and offered him a refund of half of his money, which the customer agreed as fair

Please do not ever use this company for anything! They are the biggest bunch of liars we've ever encountered! I have many detailed stories but it would take a lot of time to go through it allLong story short, they lied to us multiple times about ordering a part for our water heater that was still under warrantyWe'd call one day and they'd say the part was orderedThen they'd say they needed the serial and model number to order itThen they'd say again that the part was orderedThen they'd say they ordered it but needed a serial/model number because they can't track the package without that information (really???)Then they'd say ther was nothing wrong with the water heater! Needless to say, we called somebody else

I absolutely could not recommend this company for the following reasons:
1. Finally showed up to do the job 2 1/2 to 7 1/2 hours late (I was given the hours between 12:00p to 5:00p they showed up at 7:33p) no discount was offered due to them being terribly late (would have been a professional courtesy).
2. The company is headquartered in Memphis, TN and from my understanding use local plumbers. I called a local number for service and the person that set up the appointment called me from Memphis.
3. When the 2 man crew entered my house I followed behind one of the workers picking up mud that came off of his boots.
4. The worker who I picked up after ran the camera down the drain pipe approximately two feet and discovered the drain pipe was separated with roots getting in. He used a manual auger to unclog the blockage and we both smelled sewer gas and assumed (I know you don't assume ) the blockage had been cleared. Neither worker EVER ran water into drain to be assured that the pipe was clear and flowed... but did recommend that the floor be busted up and a new pipe be installed to replace the separated pipe.
5. When it was time to pay it was handled on their electronic pad; first I had to use my finger as a stylus (petty? maybe). Should have been offered a printed appraisal...did not. I was sent an email of receipt and was not offered a printed copy...this became important because on the printed copy I discovered what I sign would release the company from any and ALL damage that would be incurred by the crew sent. This was not shown on the electronic receipt that was presented to me to sign.
I called and hired [redacted] for the job. I paid $200.00 more but there is something to be said for peace of mind. [redacted] and his crew was very professional and took exceptional care to leave the bathroom the way they found it...As for things put back where they were taken from and went the extra mile to clean up after themselves.
I made pictures before during and after. They explained everything all along the way. You need a plumber you really need to give [redacted] a serious consideration!
Last thing I don't typically write reviews but felt strongly about letting others know about my experience with Draingo and let you make your own decision.

I sent the manager to the home to review this issue with the customer.  I think everything is resolved with this matter.  Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do.  Thanks[redacted]
