Visited Dr. *** late 2018. Received a bill from her office for the amount of $112.78, which was not paid by my insurance company. On March 26, 2019, my husband went to the her office and paid the $112.78+$2 fee for using the credit card for a total of $114.78(Proof of payment available). On 7/15, received a letter from "Lawson Hamilton& Associates", a collection agency, stating that there is an outstanding balance of $112.78+$8.18(interest) for a total of $120.96 due immediately.
