Very slow delivery (can take weeks) & send you the wrong order.... only way to fix is by emailing them which takes them way to long to respond too.

Be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time for a product you may or may not get. Ordered and paid in July 31, product was marked shipped and USPS awaiting product on July 31. It is now August 11 and my order of three bars hasn't moved at all. Don't waste your time ordering directly from their website. Order from a place that has actual customer service.

I placed an order with this company on July 18, 2020. I paid for the (3-7 business day) shipping cost which was only $2. However, I still have not received my order and today is July 31. Their tracking shows that my order was shipped on July 19, On July 20, according to USPS, they were waiting for my package from their business partner. I've been checking every day but there are no additional status since July 20. So I decided to email the company to let them know my frustration and all they did was refunded me the shipping cost of $2. Are you kidding me? They stated that due to the pandemic, shipping will be delayed. Aren't their products made in the U.S.? I would understand if it was coming from a foreign country but I've never waited this long for an order during this pandemic. This company needs to fire their shipping business partner because they are not fulfilling the promised delivery dates. This is the first and last time I will ever order from this company.

This business does not delivery items in a timely manner as stated on their website and does not respond to phone calls or emails. Full refund was requested and has been ignored.

Same as Jeremy. I have been waiting now for almost 4 weeks for this stupid soap. Nurmous emails saying they have shipping delays due to covid. It's shipped July 7th... It is not July 26th still no soap. It ships out of LA they use a private shipper that seems to be either stealing people orders or don't care about the shipments they pick up. They keep telling me it in transit. I live in Indio. Which is only 2 hours away. And it's been almost a month since it shipped... They say orders may take up to 20 days to deliver... Not when you live 2 hours away. Instead of refilling the order and sending it with usps or giving my money back. They say it's still in transit.

Not sure how you can continue to use a private shipper these days that suppose to drop it off at the post office. I'm sure their private shippers employees are smelling great.

I purchased a bundle kit (3 soap bars, shampoo, and conditioner) via Dr Squatch website one month ago. My card was charged at the time of purchase. My order was shipped a couple days later (June 17) and made its way from Ohio to Texas within a week. Since then, it has sat 3 hours away in the Dallas area (will be 3 weeks on Thursday).
Their shipping partner, Pitney Bowes, can't do anything about the package being in transit, Squatch customer service will not reship because it is in transit and "will still be delivered" at some point, and USPS has not recieved the package for delivery.
Squatch phone number gets you to a pre-recorded message (by the company) that their phones are not being monitored.
I have received two partial repayments (the first complaint got my taxes back, the second got another 40% repaid). Many would-be customers have the same complaint and the company points to the Covid crisis as a reason. This could be a good excuse if it weren't for the fact that people are still receiving packages/orders from other companies with only small delays.

This place is a fraud. sent multiple emails and never received my purchase order. they have no phone to call back to.Emails are a joke, you ask for a full refund and get your tax refund or 40 % instead.. stay clear of these people.

Same as others, purchased, charged, shipped, then package sits for weeks without moving and customer service won't refund my money.

this company has excellent soap . Their shipping methods and customer service are a different story. I ordered soap almost 3 weeks ago now and I am still waiting for said soap. I have sent multiples of email in regards to where my product is and so.e of those emails were answered and so.e where not. No one there can give me a definitive answer as to when I will recieve my order . I do not like the soap enough to continue to do buisness with them . Be weary of their long shipping times and customer service . Good idea for a company but terrible follow through . Be warned !!!!

I wish I would've read some reviews before ordering from Dr. Squatch. Don't plan on receiving your order from this company. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and they haven't even transferred my items to USPS for shipping yet. I contacted customer service and just received a very unhelpful and dismissive email in return. Their customer service sucks, save your money.
