I spoke with *** on the phone about purchasing a new battery for my iphone 4sI have had the phone now for years and the battery was getting real sluggish! *** suggested I come in and he would check the apps working in the background that would drain the battery
I went into the store, I was met by *** in less than a half hour I had my phone back and in perfect orderI thought I knew everything about my phone{one would think that was the case after using it for years} but sure as heck, *** advised me how to shut down the apps that would drain my battery after I used them
HAPPY? YES! ABSOLUTELY!!!! VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AS WELL AS THE CHARGES, IT CAME TO LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT APPLE WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME TO CHANGE THE BATTERY{I called apple as well and they gave me their price over the phone the same way Dr Phone Fix did.} All my repairs for phone tablets and computer will be done by Dr Phone Fix!
