Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised this consumer came in and was compensated with free product.

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised that the machine was repaired and left without issues. The consumer was advised that additional work was needed for the lower seals.  How is the unit not working unless its being grass dragged?  I haven't see or heard from this consumer until last...

week.  Company offered to look at the machine but consumer refused.  Company also offered a free helmet to the consumer and has not heard back from the consumer since that conversation.
