I scheduled an appointment with Dr. G on 9/20/17 specifically for him to interpret the results of my thermography. As a secondary reason for booking an appointment, I wanted to make sure there was nothing else I should be doing to heal my body from the breast cancer I treated holistically. In preparation of my appointment, I emailed his office my thermography results, along with a full list of all the supplements I was taking.
It was obvious he didn't read either document evidence by him spouting off things I should be doing that were already on the list. He completely ignored the thermography results. As he was rushing me out after our quick chat, I reminded him I was there for my thermography. He scanned through it taking all of a minute to review the results and told me to get my tooth fixed (there was indeed a red spot over my tooth). There were several other things I wanted clarity on, along with guidance but he had no more time for me.
Since my insurance doesn't kick in until I reach my deductible, I received an invoice from them in the amount of $181.10. I disputed it stating I didn't receive the service I came in for. Instead of apologizing and offering to bring me back in, they only wanted to know if I was going to pay my invoice and to this day continue to harass me for payment. After receiving a letter from me stating I was not going to pay the invoice, I received a letter from them stating that they will no longer see me as a patient. Recently, I received a letter from their attorney demanding payment or I will be sent to collections.
I spoke to B ahead of time to let her know why I wanted to book the appointment. I sent her my report and a list of supplements ahead of the appointment. I did everything I was supposed to do yet still did not receive the care I was there for, and instead of being concerned about that, they are only concerned about the money they feel I owe. The whole experience has been extremely disturbing and has caused me tremendous stress.
