sent a statement.   Mr. [redacted] returned the statement to us with a note saying we were paid $120.80 along with an explanation of benefits that were for services at another office.  I called Mr. [redacted] to explain the  payment he referred to was one that went to the Oral Surgeon he saw  for treatment on 1/21/16, and that his balance is correct.    Mr. [redacted] sent 2 more statements back to us insisting his balance is settled and that we are in error.  I provided Mr. [redacted] with the payment voucher we received for $75.06 and that he has a balance of $23.94 which was starting to acrue billing fees.   His statement balance now is $44.94.     I will fax over the correspondence he sent to us.    If there are any questions, please feel free to contact our office.   [redacted]
