I bought my home in November 2013, less than a year ago. I have had several very serious water leaks. An independent inspection has show numerous defects in the roofing installation, including improper installation, sealing, joints, and flashing. I have moisture inside my walls and the leaks have also damaged drywall, window sills, a window shade, baseboards, and wood floors.
