Customer ordered on a Sunday. Our phone hours are posted M-F. 24/7 livechat is available but custom orders that ship within hours cannot be changed the following day. Customer emailed the next day that she wanted to change her photo. Because of our promised fast production- order was already made...

and shipped. Have since contacted the customer and discussed our timeframes and have sent her a new product with her second photo at no cost. Order was made 3/26 and complaint made 3/27. Not 2/26 and 2/27.
