we have told the builder about our concern several times and have not received any help. Our concern is that this buckling will lead to further chipping and therefore the flooring will need to be replaced sooner than expected. they will not replace the boards that are of concern. when we chose this flooring option we were told it was very durable. if we had known it would chip so easily we would have chosen another option

DR Horton never repaired all the items on the pre-closing walk through list or 15 days after purchase (January 10, 2014)
I purchased my home from DR Horton on 1/10/2014

in the pre closing walk through, there is one item still outstanding - the master bedroom windows are bowed.

On 1/26/2014, I sent an email with 11 additional repair items to the sales center. The sales agent forwarded to [redacted] I have never heard from him.

I sent a follow up email to [redacted] on 2/6, but still no response.

I even completed a satisfaction survey with negative ratings and asked to be contacted but still no response
