My personal checking account has been billed a recurring charge of$9 per month for at least one year. Amount was small enough that I did not notice it. In December 2019 I sent an email formally advising merchant that I have not and do not authorize the recurring charge and requesting merchant to stop billing me. I have since followed up with 5 emails reiterating that recurring charge is not authorized by me and seeking resolution, but after 2 weeks matter is still unresolved.

Refund Most importantly - I need the monthly recurring charges to stop, as I do not authorize any such charges to my bank account. Additionally, I would like a refund of at least the January 2020 charge of$9, given i requested cancellation in December 2019. Ideally, I would like a refund of ALL charges assessed against my bank account in 2019, as i did not authorize nor use any services associated with the monthly charge.
Cloud Productions and Boundaries.Me take customer cancellation requests very seriously and we always act quickly to serve any customer support inquiries we receive.
We're not quite sure what happened here, as there is no record of a customer by the aggrieved customer's name, nor is there any record of any emails from the customer in our customer service inbox.
We're not doubting the veracity of the complaint, but it seems perhaps that the customer record may exist under a different name, unknown to us.
If the customer would like to reach out to ***, our customer service email addresses, then we would be happy to assist them in cancelling their subscription and refunding the charges.
On that note, I have attached some screenshots of the language used for selling the subscription on our site. It is quite clearly indicated that this service is a recurring monthly charge, and our terms of service reflect that as well. Still, whenever a customer complains about this, we always make cancellation and refunds a completely painless, no hassle, no questions asked experience.

It's unfortunate that this complaint somehow slipped through the cracks, as it would have been an easy fix, as it typically is for any customer that requests our help in cancelling their account or obtaining a refund.
