Customer purchases tires from our Duncansville, Pa location and they were mounted &balanced by us.October 30, Fourteen (14) days later the customer returns to our location, alleging all four of hiswheels were scratched during installation fourteen days later.As particular as customers
seems to beI find it curious that scratching and gouging (all same 1.4inch in length) were not noticed for two (2) week time frame-October31, Store manager contacts Headquarters and advises of situation with customerWe advisestore manager to request customer to return to the Duncansvilie location and observe how the machine doesnot touch wheel and could pot have scratched rims.November 10, Customer calls HeadquartersI request him to return to the Duncansville location andobserve the mounting procedure.Later that same day, the store manager calls Headquarters and to advise customer is there and hasobserved the routine mounting procedureCustomer witnesses no scarring, no contact at afl with his wheel.After observation and conversation customer still insists damage occurred on October 16, 2015while he was at our location, yet neglected to come forward & advise us for a fourteen day thue frameThedamage did not happen at time of purchaseThe machines are designed to service wheels with no touch, nocontact, no damage.Thank You,Terry C***Eddie’s Tire Service
