Good Afternoon Ms***, Our Company policy is to offer refunds in business daysSince we have multiple locations we send the claim ticket to our head office and they after there due diligence make a decision The patient was notified of every step and was called
consistently and kept in loopAt no point we denied the claimOnce the review process was completed, the refund was approved and we mailed the check . We see at least 500-patients a day in all our locations and we do our best to provide great customer service and handle patient issues promptly and on first come first basis. I would like to also mention every patient is informed at the time of there first visit with us of our Policy and also notes days for any disputes . My husband and I both have been informed by the dentist that we do not need work done for a while but just be aware. The call center calls constantly to set appointments even when we ask for them not to. The final straw is when you cannot reach the office that did your work, only the call center. The center will not give you a manager, supervisor, owner, or transfer you to the office that did your work. They will hang up on you if you question them. This is a scam. Is this a money laundering business? I don'd know. I do not that the customer service is horrible. All I wanted was to have them stop calling to schedule appointments that we do not need. I will require to actually drive to the dental office and let the dentist know why he is losing our business. I think the dentists should know what is going on and maybe it just might stop. Or, maybe, they just don't care.
