The Brazil technician was courteous and knowledgeable He inspected the water heater and was able to get it functioning in a very short period of time He explained issues with the current water heater and its location and promptly submitted an estimate for replacement of the current unit
Ernesto J was very professional in both communicating and diagnosing a leak we had in the master shower He also provided us with a detailed checklist evaluation of the house plumbing and some estimates for items that were aging or in need of repair My experience with George Brazil has always been positive
I would not recommend George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical Service to anyone I had an electrical problem with my pool causing my house to lose power The technician who came to my home recommended work that proved to be totally unnecessary and would cost me over dollars to complete I called in a pool electrician recommended by my pool man and he diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem without doing the unnecessary work and charged dollarsTherefore the savings I achieved were substantial
I called the company after discovering water on the floor in the garage and was able to receive service by the afternoon Ernesto from George Brazil Plumbing did a good job, friendly and professional He replaced a broken water softener Upon insulation, he explained how it worked, about the warranty and cleaned up the area
