After having a great experience having two exams and glasses prescribed in this office, I had a horrible time attempting to get replacement glasses. The office refused to send my prescription due to it being expired by 2 days, When asked when the soonest appointment for an exam would be, I was told nearly two weeks later. That would be nearly 3 weeks until I would have new glasses. I asked to speak with the Dr. and was placed on hold. The not friendly office manager said that the Dr. never extends prescriptions, if even by a day, so there was no reason for me to speak with him. I asked to speak with him again, and was told he was not in today. I asked to leave a message and my number for the Dr to call me as his patient, and she said he would not change his mind, and hangup on me. Poor customer service, unless you're paying for something it would seem. Off to find a new Dr.
