Review: Brought my jeep in to have the head gasket replaced on the one side. I was quoted at the time of drop off,August 1, 2013,it would take 2 weeks,I didnt receive the jeep until august 25,2013.I had to drive back to Alabama the next day but broke down because the belt tensioner was not working. I had to call a tow truck and have that fixed,I was told that who ever worked on the jeep last should have caught that being they had the head apart and things like that just doesnt happen.The jeep ran worse after the head work. Once home I had someone look at it, they found a broken vacuum hose that was mended with a rubber hose,also the air box was cracked and broken.Im concerned about the things we cant get to.I feel they are responsible for the damages.Desired Settlement: The money I have put out and time I lost I would like a refund.I dont believe they purchased a head set for $300.concerting the gasket was $39.00 and head bolts are $ 49.00,also my time was money and I was mislead. I feel a reimbursement of $500.00 would be a fair assessment concerting it will cost me more then that to fix what they broke
