The tax preparation services provided by this company were below par. My taxes were not properly electronically filed resulting in penalties and additional costs. Furthermore, the company did not offer an official apology, was extremely slow to respond to inquiries and was unprofessional when I came in to address the matter. Additionally, I recently received a bill from the tax office of Philadelphia citing a clerical error resulting in substantial costs. This company's tax preparation was inefficient and below professional standards leading to excess costs for my family.
