The complaint from this customer is pretty vague. He is talking about a variety of issues, but never goes into specific detail about the issue he is upset about.  His home has been done for over a year now, so I am not sure what he is meaning on the completion dates.  [redacted] did want...

us to look at his stained concrete floors a month or so back.  Myself and the stain contractor went out to look at his issue.  As any contractor will tell you stained concrete will never be perfect.  [redacted]’s stain had some discoloration to it due to moisture coming from the concrete.  That is completely normal as all slabs different levels of moisture during  the curing process.  We told him this was not a warranty issue, but the stain contractor agreed to stain his floors again.  The subcontractor did this at NO ADDITIONAL cost to [redacted].  The stain contractor also stated very clearly to [redacted] that he would not do it again and we all agreed this was understood at the time.  We simply wanted to try to make [redacted] as happy as possible with his home.  Stained floors are never perfect and naturally have imperfections and cure differently.  The floor issue has been addressed by our company and we went above and beyond what we are required to do in an attempt to please this client.  Please let me know what else you may need from me.  [redacted]
