We have contacted the customer.  Released them from the contractual obligation and any associated fees.  The customer did offer to pay 25% but we agreed to no payment.
 
Our contract does state the terms very clearly.  The length of the contract is in bold letters and right by...

the signature line and in no way have we ever attempted to deceive any customer.
 
We believe this situation has been rectified and the customer is happy.

H[redacted] was originally a [redacted] customer.  However, at the end of 2016 her Doyle account was cancelled and a new account was set up with [redacted].  However, she was still being billed and monitored by Doyle.  Helen pays us through her bank and her bank sends...

us a check.  The check that they sent us had her previous, cancelled cr on it.  She is current with payments and has no open invoices with her [redacted] account.We have reached out to Helen and cleared up the issue.  We do believe the issue is resolved.  If you need anything further please feel free to call me at [redacted].
