Upon review of this vehicle transaction which involves the sale of a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer with 152,154 miles on 03/24/2014.

We are always extremely careful to have all proper documentation to protect ourselves in the unfortunate event such as this should arise. It is unfortunate the customer has had vehicle repair expense after their purchase. We certainly do not wish any customer ill or bad feelings and in a show of goodwill and customer appreciation, we would offer the customer a check in the amount of $1,500.00. This is a show of goodwill towards our customer.
We understand that we are NOT obligated to offer anything, however we do value each and every customer and it is our strong desire to more than just satisfy everyone, but we want this customer happy and coming back to us for years to come.
Please respond and share with us if this offer negates all bad feelings this customer has expressed and then please let us know the response so we can exercise the appropriate action.
Respectfully
