Downtown Plant Bar

My wife *** received a birthday gift card for Downtown Plant Bar. She chose her item. As they have irregular hours, she was told by *** via text that a good pickup time to get her plant was Tues June 23 between 5 and 7 pm. We went there at 5:15. *** sent another person to retrieve our item. A few minutes later, *** returned to us and said that the plant was set up to be delivered on Thursday June 25. As *** got out phone to confirm the text message, *** walked away. In fairness, *** had a group of people present and was setting up for a class. Rather than argue and embarrass *** in front of his customers, we left. Thursday arrived, but no delivery. In the evening *** Texted *** to ask what the problem was. *** response was to give no reason for the 2 failed contracts. Instead, he texted that he was returning the gift card amount to the purchaser. We should contact the purchaser and ask them for our money refund.
A week has gone by and no refund has been made to the gift card purchaser.
