I never stated that I wore the jacket while skiing. In fact, I haven't skied since 2006. I wore the jacket for an hour, maybe 90 minutes while in [redacted]. The coat was not warm enough so I borrowed a coat from a friend and stopped wearing the one in question. The jacket attracted a lot of fuzz but it was not dirty. A lint roller would quickly remove the "dirt" the manager mentioned. I wanted to exchange the coat for a warmer one and was prepared to spend more money to do so.

Review: I bought a coat from this store on 1/**/15. The receipt states no refunds, only store credit or exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase date, with store tags still attached. The receipt doesn't mention worn or unworn merchandise, nor did I see any signs inside indicating this. I attempted to exchange the coat in order to get one that is warmer and attracts less lint and fuzz. However, the owner refused because I had worn the coat (it was worn for about an hour, long enough for me to determine it wasn't warm enough and I'd need a different coat).Desired Settlement: I want to exchange this coat for a warmer one or receive a store credit for the amount on my receipt (approx $283).
