Hi *** When we were performing the diagnosis we had the intake out and found a lot of carbon buiand since we had it all apart did we not want to put it back together without cleaning it outWe performed the procedure that Mazda recommends through TSB # 01-020/
for the same exact issues her vehicle was havingAfter we put it back together the issue was resolved, the car was no longer misfiring and the light wasn't coming right back on like it was before, but she called afterwards (day or so afterwards) that it wasn'tTold her to bring the vehicle back but she declined even though she's under warrantyWe did not hear from her since until I received this email but if it makes her happy we will refund the second billJust inform me of further instructionsI have attached the TSB Thank you,
