Down's Insurance Agency

I canceled land ins on march 11, 2020 and was told they would send a reimbursment check and I waited a few weeks and it never came. I called and they said my sister and I would have to sign a paper in order to get the check. Finally got the paperwork the end of April and mailed it back. Still no check. Called and was rudely told the reimbursed would start the day they received the paperwork (around the first part of may)instead of March 11 when I first called and canceled. I would like to be reimbursed starting from march 11,2020
Please help with this. *** is a very rude man.
