[redacted] had the final payment date as June 1st, 2016  and was not able to make this date. We were willing to give an extension and [redacted] sister declinded this offer. At this point we do not give refunds.  They can get a minimum of 75% of the money paid in if they have the insurance...

we offer all who sign up. When a person signs up with our program we offer a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy to protect their money for any unforeseen circumstances including not being able to raise all the funds for this trip.  This policy must be purchased within 21 days of paying their deposit. [redacted] paid his deposit on April 30th, 2016  and never purchased the insurance. In this case he was not covered and as a result of this and time constraints [redacted] would lose his entire funds as listed in our Refund Policy which I have enclosed.  We then worked a special deal so he would not lose his money by transferring it to next years trip as long as he can pay an extra $1,000 by September and the balance before next year’s trip by June 1st 2017. Another reason he is not going is that they have left getting his passport to the last minute which is very expensive too expedite in a few days that are left before his team leaves for Australia.  We as a company have done all in our power to assist and work with [redacted] and his sister so that he can go next year. I am rejecting this response because:me as being a person who has donated to this child and he wasn't able to get all the money and it's not my problem that they didn't accept the insurance I have nothing to do with that as a donated you believe I'm just going to just let 2000$$$$$ go to waste like that and you guy get to benefit from it I will keep fighting this til the end because I don't fell as if its right that you guys are taking people hard earned money and 2000$ not refundable I could see if you guy were to say 500$ is not refundable but at least give me some of my money back.
