I Jim Weiland from McHenry ,Had their service man, than their installation team install a new furnace at my home.the shop estimator Tom was very thorough in explaining my different options for my needs.than they where out the next day installing the job.All the workers where great and knew what the where doing.Got the heat back in my house in this cold weather.Thank You.they even brought over electric space heaters the day before to make sure the house had some heat.Myself being a retired plumping Contractor for 30 years, I know how important it is to have a great crew like they do.I give them a 10

Probably the best repair company in Heating that I have ever delt with. The Techs are top notch....That said in 6 appointments they were unable to make a single call on time (two hour window) even one time. A appointment made 2 MONTHS early was not honored...It appears there are 2 or even three teams within there office structure...communication within the office is non existent....This may be due to a long term employee or family member tht the firm is "working around.
