To Whom it May Concern:Regarding: ID [redacted]On February 4th [redacted] brought their truck in because their lift gatewould not go up with instructions to fix it because they were in need of using the truck. On the5th the customer called...

and asked if their truck would be done that day. They were told that wewere looking for a lift gate motor and if it could be found early enough in the day and locally itcould be. The customer was satisfied with that answer. After we were able to get a motor therepair was finished up, the customer was informed, and an invoice was sent to the customer. Thecustomer called back and asked how many hours the labor was and the customer was told 5hours. Our labor rate is posted in our service area. The customer said at this point that they hadattempted to replace the breaker themselves in an effort to repair the truck. They wereunsuccessful in repairing it which is why they brought it into us. During the repair our tech foundthat the breaker needed to be added. The breaker is $50 of a $1200.00 repair bill. We are sorrythe customer was not satisfied but the repair was done properly and in a timely manner.
