This was the absolute worse car buying experience I have had in my 57 years on this earth. Talking about sleezy, lying crooked con playing immature boys. This is that place. I'm scared that they have even tampered with the milage itself that is how bad these cowards are.
I had the repairs they were supposed to had done in writing and they still to they day haven't honored them.
I couldn't and wouldn't ever recommend this ghetto dealership.
I am begging that you stay away from here.
Traded a leased Honda on new Hyundai. Dealer agreed to pay off Honda lease, calculated the payoff and had me sign away rights to the vehicle. They received title and sold the Honda as used car. A month later, I got a notice that the Honda was still in my name and had been short paid by one month lease amount ($414). Contacted the dealer to have them pay the balance and was told it was my problem. Mistakes are made, but it was not my error. I paid the amount to maintain my good credit, but I feel the dealership should accept the error as out of my hands and refund me that sum.
Jon S- aka Jon sneaky former finance manager sold me a bogus fraud warranty contract, gave me the obligators copy- the company who the warranty is owned by and never sent the warranty. Then made me sign a lease agreement with the additional charge increasing the amount financed and thus my Monthly payments. After months of getting null claims and no clear answer for anyone at the dealership I found the harsh truth out myself. I have been paying for something that was cancelled or forfeited by him. Total fraud. Horrible buying experience from this dealership. I am not a victim of warranty fraud and have to basically fight for it as the managers at the dealership could care less as they probably know the ugly inside truth- so I get hung up on, blatantly ignored and avoided by phone and in person. My car is in need of repairs and I was supposed to be covered under the warranty I purchased. This warranty is pretty much a void as it was never submitted.
I would like to share my experience purchasing a car from Doug’s Hyundai in Edmonds WA. I was working with Leonardo R on a cash purchase of a 2009 Toyota Camry. He gave me a cost breakdown for the vehicle that stated that licensing was estimated to cost $350 dollars and the vehicle was $6,891.19 dollars totaling $7,241.19. I told him that I wanted to be at 6,800 cash. After a lot of back and forth, we agreed on an out the door cost of $6,950 which included the 350 dollar licensing costs and the $150 dollar documents fee. I argued for quite some time that it would net cost that much to license and was stuck at $6,800 for the car with everything included. Leonardo said that did not want to reduce the amount of the licensing because they did not want me to have to pay more down the road if it came up short. He informed me that any overage paid for licensing fees would be refunded. I figured that would get me to the $6,800 dollars that I could afford. Instead of a refund, I received a notice that only $100 dollars was paid toward the licensing and I owed an additional $36.75 to get my plates. When I contacted Leonardo about this, he responded that he spoke with his boss and they would waive the additional balance and send my plates to me. My wife and I were there until after 8 pm and had a 4 hour drive home, we simply trusted that they would honor the numbers given to us when we were signing the papers for the car. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! The cost of the car was raised back up to $ 6,700 and a documents fee of $150 that was not on the breakdown in an email that I have from Leonardo was added and the licensing fee was lowered to $100 in order to make the number that they wanted. After several hours at the dealership, we were simply too tired and did not notice the changes on the documents in the finance office. Now I know why he would not lower the licensing fee when I asked him to The money was added back onto the price of the car so it would be non refundable.
To Whom it May Concern,

It is always our intent to be exceedingly transparent and it appears that directive wasn't carried out here. We will comply with the customers request and refund them $363.25 as requested.
Thank You

I purchased a truck from Dougs Mazda on March 16, 2019. I provided my own financing which they knew as I said it multiple times when they asked for my information and SSN. They explained that it was only a soft inquiry to verify that I was who I said I was... I explained that I was going to be very upset if they ran my credit as I didnt need there financing and provided all the information to them from the financial institution as instructed by the financial institution. I monitor my credit very closely and dont allow my credit to be ran unnecessarily for any reason! Now checking my Credit I see that I have a new hard inquiry from Dougs Lynwood Mazda until 2021 and my score dropped 91 points as a result of the 2 hard inquiries from my finance company and then them running it again!!!!! I will never purchase from Dougs again!
I bought a brand new car in may. In August my car got totalled. I paid for the gap coverage. The dealer told me if my car got totalled, it would cover everything. It did not. I had to pay $150.00
I fought with the gap people, I fought with the insurance and they both agreed. it was dealer error. I want my 150.00 back
There was no dealer error. Please advise the customer to refer to her gap policy contract for all of the terms and conditions of her policy. If she has any questions about coverage and terms of her policy please have to direct those concerns to the gap provider directly.

I am rejecting this response because: there is an error somewhere and everyone I have talked to said talk to the dealer. This dealer needs to fix this. It is their fault. 100%
Sincerely
We apologize that the customer is not happy with the response but this in an issue with her gap company, it is not our responsibility to replace or reimburse floor mats if she totaled her car. This is our final response. We will not be responding to any further Revdex.com messages.

I am rejecting this response because: I will take them to small claims court. No problem. Sleazy dealership. This is the proof!
