The washer drains into a washer drain sink which overflowed due to a quarter sized plastic piece and a small towel left in the sink by the renter.There was a panel behind the 2nd bdrm door that was damaged by a previous renter which I did not charge to the disputed renter.I generally return the full deposit to all renters as most do not willfully damage the apartments. I don’t think that I could hit a wall hard enough to damage them as this renter did. See D picture.
