I had called the customer the same day I received the email of the complaintI had done the install of the chimneys for him the end of OctI did not hear from him the entire summer and thought the chimney has some expanding and contracting movement that and resolved the problemApparently it did not, I scheduled an appointment with my customer for Saturday Oct28th I cleaned up some fireblock around the chimney that was causing restriction of the chimney to expand (causing the popping noise)My customer and I ran two of the three boilers for approximately minutes and it did not make any noise during heating up or cooling down of the chimney, Problem solved Sincerely,Keith [redacted] B [redacted] Chimneys PlusChimney Service
