There has been countless communications with school as well as the booster club regarding this situation through the monthsYes, the time table was a long and agonizing one for everyone involvedTo make a long story short, the initial orders that were edited and sent to the print lab was the
main issue in all of thismonths after pressuring the lab for the customers prints/products, I found out that the print lab shut their doors overnight and basically took all money I paid to them for print packages from high schools, middle schools as well as youth football organizationsI lost close to $17,to that original labThat is still in the court systems with my attorneysI then took the money from my Wife and my personal funds to resubmit all orders to a new print lab to make sure my customers were taken care ofI proceeded to find a new lab that would take on a huge order, which I did, and they agreed to work it in with their daily workflow they already had with national accountsSo it has been a slow process getting everyone's packages, yesBut on this day April 29th, 2016, 90% of all prints/products have been delivered to the appropriate schools for distributionMrand Mrs*** have received their orderIf they haven't, they need to take that up with the schoolTheir products were delivered to the school. Everything was done to ensure everyone received what they paid forIt did take a very long timeI will not deny thatBut to state that I have not answered emails or calls is falseI respond to emails and voicemails when time allows me toPeople get upset when I don't respond to private messages via my personal *** pageI do not run my business through *** nor do I count on *** to be my source of communication, plus the fact that is my personal page, not a business page

main issue in all of this. 2 months after pressuring the lab for the customers prints/products, I found out that the print lab shut their doors overnight and basically took all money I paid to them for print packages from 5 high schools, 2 middle schools as well as 2 youth football organizations. I lost close to $17,000 to that original lab. That is still in the court systems with my attorneys. I then took the money from my Wife and my personal funds to resubmit all orders to a new print lab to make sure my customers were taken care of. I proceeded to find a new lab that would take on a huge order, which I did, and they agreed to work it in with their daily workflow they already had with national accounts. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have received their order. If they haven't, they need to take that up with the school. Their products were delivered to the school. Everything was done to ensure everyone received what they paid for. It did take a very long time. I will not deny that. But to state that I have not answered emails or calls is false. I respond to emails and voicemails when time allows me to.
