My brother [redacted]) passed on July 15, 2014, and he was insured by CMFG Life re whole life policy of $10K.; the beneficiary on record of the policy is "[redacted]" (myself)...and yet more than 17 months have elapsed without CMFG Life having fulfilled it's contract with my brother, i.e. to pay the "Beneficiary" of record at the Administrative Office. At this writing, November 18, 2015, CMFG Life has remained negligent, even faced with pure undisputed facts.
