We have researched the complaint registered by the guest and all our records show that a room with one single queen bed was booked via the online reservation link set up for this specific group.  The group room block sold out within 20 minutes of opening so although we are unable to...

change this reservation to a room with two queen beds, we have revised the room request to be for a king bedded room (larger room) with a rollaway and noted that the rollaway will be offered at no charge to the guest.  Additionally we have added a note to the reservation stating their preferred room type is a room with two queen beds but we cannot guarantee availability at this time.   We have also shared this complaint with the group contacts so that they are aware of this concern.  Should this individual find this solution unacceptable, the hotel is happy to cancel his reservation if he contacts us by 7/18/17  and hotel will provide a full refund of the deposit.   Attachment lists a hotel contact name for the guest.
