BUYER BEWARE. Worst nightmare ever. They contacted me promising me the sun the moon and the stars. Then they present me with a very technical hard to understand agreement which is a bunch of technical words I do not understand. When I try to clarify by email they assure me that everything we discussed is included. They promised to build me a custom web page. What they did was scrape my existing web page which was owned by another web firm and copy it with no indexing so that within a few days I fell down in my google rankings by several pages that had taken years too build up. They exposed me to a copyright lawsuit from the old firm for stealing their work. They continually lied to me. They caused me tremendous stress. It was the worst ordeal of my life. When I finally pulled the plug on this insanity after 17 days of a year contract they refuse to issue any refund of my $2,900 deposit I paid them - for which all they have done thus far was scrape a copy of my old web page and copy it. Worst possible experience ever. Also the sales contact was fraud when they called me they claimed they were calling from Google to talk about problems with my web page. In face they have nothing to do with Google. The problems with my web page really started after I signed up with them Worst experience of my life. Do yourself a huge favor go with an honest and reputable web company

Do not use this service. The entire experience was unprofessional. I received a stock and ungrammatical web site submission and was placed in an unacceptable and incorrect category. When I requested there "Termination Form" it was not provided in a timely manner.

Review: This company contacted me about selling me online SEO. The person that I spoke with at no time explained that any plan that they had involved a contract. In fact, the person I spoke with kept reiterating that there was no contract and that there was a 100% money back guarantee. She stated this on more than three occasions and at one point even asked if the company I was presently with required a contract, and I explained that it did not. What she explained sounded really good, no contract, a 100% money back guarantee, and guaranteed placement at a certain place on Google. She kept on repeating that the company was a Google partner. She also explained that to take the service required a $1500 setup fee and monthly fees of $600, which they wanted to take automatically from my debit card. I did not have a problem with this because this is how most SEO companies work. She stated that she needed me to fill out some credit card authorization forms which she would fax over, and we would get started. We agreed that I would start with a down payment of $250. I got the documentation, which was not legible, and I stupidly signed it because I trusted what she stated to me on the phone. Two days later I called to cancel relying on her representation that there was a 100% money back guarantee because I realized that I cannot afford this plan and I do not need it. When I called she said that I was under a one-year contract and that if I did not pay they would send me to collections. I explained to her that no point did she explain to me that there would be a contract and that the papers that she faxed over were completely illegible and that I relied on what she told me over the phone. I asked for the recording of the conversation to prove what she said and they refuse to provide it or return my money. This company is criminal, pulling a bait and switch on lawyers so that they can say the person is a lawyer and should know better. I made a mistake, but this company should not be in business doing this.Desired Settlement: I want my $250 back.
