Good day,

While it is always great to provide positive feedback, there are times you need to provide realistic feedback.

On Jan. 2 2020. My friend and I were highly pressured by fake sales tactics representing "so called" results at Mall of New Hampshire D'OR 24K.
Concerns include allergic reaction to product after use
Promised results
Sales tactics are based on profit, not results
Cost $$$$$ versus results
We spent over $600.00 dollars on the following products:
Lifting Syringes
Eye Cream
Peeling Gel
Moisturizing Cream
Straight Ahead - Bionic Pro Ceramic
None of which lived up to the standards that were sold to us, and while there where discounts and extra products provided, none of those lived up to expectations or credentials they where sold based on. Quality and results seem amiss.

Example - my hair is worse as is my complexion.

After contacting the store, and expressing concern, was told no return or refund. Store credit was the option. Given my experience, the last thing I want is to prolong working with your firm or using your products.

After reviewing the Revdex.com feedback, understand you are not registered, but found similar feedback.

Currently looking for a full refund. Am happy to return products.

Appreciate a quick response, as I will also post experience with the Revdex.com.

D'OR24K wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase from the D'OR24K website ONLY, you can return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. You may also choose to exchange unopened and unused products for a different product from the D'OR 24K website; exchanges will be made within 21 days. Customer is responsible for all return postage.

Products purchased from a 3rd party store, kiosk or distributor salon must be returned to the same place you bought them, and all returns and exchanges are subject to individual store policy.

Thank you for your time. I will be contacting the company directly as well filing a civil claim. False advertising is as I recall against Federal Law and Local Law.

Between my partner and I we spent over $500.00 with the company. While that may not seem like a great deal to many it is certainly is to me. As this gentleman and I go sucked into high pressured sales techniques and false advertising.

My products are used as it takes time to really to determine results, as is documented by a franchise in the Mall of New Hampshire.

Not quite certain that you understand. We want our money back. As consumers dissatisfied with product and will NEVER do business with the company again. They can have product back to ensure we are not trying to take advantage. Will leverage social media to discuss false advertising, high pressure tactic sales, and no results. Understand product produce false claim and are not FDA approved.

Discourage by the response of company as it is disingenuous.

Examples:

The SA Straight Ahead - Was damaged when I purchased - retail at store was $350.00. While liked the results at Solon, I was pressured to purchase the damaged product at $100.00. Needless to say, I get better results from a blow dryer and brush. My hair never so damaged;

After which it was suggested we see the facial person - buy this buy that and we will give you a deal - We left store with the following as a "bundled deal"

Non of which - demonstrated the promises of the product. Nor are they anything more than I can accomplish through diet, exercise and products at CVS.

As well after using the product, my face is not youthful but blotchy as a result of reaction to product.

Appreciate the offer by company. However, do not want to damage my skin any further.

Product's have been used - Obviously, as could not be reporting on results unless I experienced them.

Have no interested is continuing usage, nor am I satisfied with franchise or company response - these are non FDA approved products, and this is a company that is promising results not delivered, not more than a pyramid scheme to rip people off.

In an challenging place but am doing the following:

Will file governmental and local complaint "people have the right to know".
FDA concern
As well regulatory concern
Let me be clear I want full refund to both my partner and I, remainder of product - I can:

A - return to store - they can under unsubstantiated conditions - leverage their product while putting people at risk
B - through in trash
C- turn over to FDA or local Pharma company to determine actually product impacts

My resolution is simple refund the money, I have no interest in product or continued relation with company. Again all product will go in trash.

Acknowledge I know better and made a mistake should have done my research prior to such a large purchase. But to let companies exploit people, well I thought that is what the Revdex.com would help with.

D'OR24K Wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, due to the nature of the products being that they cannot be sold after opened and used,
that is the reason we have have a no refund policy, the policy is stated with 3 signs around the store as well as on the receipt that you sign authorizing the purchase which each and every customer have a chance to review before the purchase is complete.
however because we want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase we do offer a 14 day period where products may be exchanged for a store credit or other products as was offered to you, but all sales are indeed final.
as for the SA hair Flat Iron that you had purchased, that has a lifetime warranty which can used at any time, we do not sell damaged products all tough sometimes you can get products for a discount if the packaging was a little damaged during shipping which is what you bought.
the products inside said packaging are brand new and in good working order but they are still covered with the lifetime warranty and can be brought in to the store at anytime to be replaced with a new one at no cost.
our customer satisfaction is our highest priority, do let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you.

Followed in store instruction so, had to use product; correct?

Product is extremely pricey yet delivers 0 results. It is a scam.

Of course I can not return product, they would just use it on their next client.

Previously opened for "testing" products used on on myself and partner no gloves etc, opening us to infection.

Offered products that again are costly and throw add ins. To discount yet increase purchase; huh.

When you get home and use products they are not what what was presented, in fact they adversely impact skin.

I personally am not looking for the fountain of youth, just looking for a company to stand behind their product, brand and deliver as marketed.

Currently have sores on hands and pimples on my face - nothing I had prior or using the products.

Concerned that I have no avenue to pursue a simple request - I want mine and partners money back.

I was gifted over $400 in products by a hard working man. I purchased a $100 curling iron that after working it has only damaged my hair -ironic as the sell point was that it would not.

The products "suck" as lack of better way to put it. High pressured sale and myths, all propaganda.

At a time when we need focus on what is important, seem ripping of the consumer is a kick in the knee.

Simply the product sucks, if it did not, and the company stood behind it; the refunds would be acknowledged and they would care why we were not satisfied.
