Review: I placed an order in June of 2014 for a pair of socks for a father's day gift, After not receiving order when told, I contacted the company and after a couple of weeks of no response was told that they were behind on orders. item was never delivered due to wrong zip code. Tried for a couple of months to contact company which only has an email. Finally received a response and was promised a refund;through [redacted] messenger and have yet to receive the refund, I have tried several times to email the company for a response and have not heard back from anyone. I sent messages; 6/27/14, 7/3/14, 7/12/14, 8/8/14, 8/11/14, 1/8/15 and several through [redacted] messenger.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund immediately

Review: September 7, 2014 I purchased the "cara shirt" in a size small. I paid with my debit card the money was taking out of my account then I was emailed a tracking number that was, I'm assuming, fake. I would check the tracking number and it would never move. I emailed them on September 29, 2014 and asked what was going on they assured me that because it was a custom shirt it would take 7-25 business days. On November 9, 2014 I emailed them again asking about my shirt they emailed back on November 16, 2014 saying "your order has been shipped!". February 18, 2015 I emailed them AGAIN saying how fed up I am the next day (Feb. 19) they reply saying they will ship my product "tomorrow for certain". I have emailed them again after that still no reply this company has stolen my money and has stolen other people's money as well from what I read on the Internet. Something needs to be I have been beyond patient with this company.Desired Settlement: I would really like the product that I ordered but since it seems I'm not going to get that I want my $43.39.
