I am rejecting this response because: I have not made skin to skin contact with the item, therefor there are no sanitary issues involvedI was advised to go by the size of the shirt that I wear and because the item runs slow to order the next size up, which I didI was advised incorrectly and the item never made contact with my skinThe contact that it made was with the skin on my handsI only wanted to exchange the item for a bigger size but the business owner was rude and unprofessional in her response via email to me so I am requesting a full refundAnd after extensive research and talking to previous customers, this company has a long list of unsatisfied customersAfter this incident with this company I decided to research other companies that sell the same item and they have an exchange/return policyI regret doing business with this company and will not make that mistake again, along with friends and family members
