To Whom it May Concern,
We had ordered our lunch through DoorDash and were told our food would be delivered at 12:51 PM our time. By 12:57 PM a DoorDasher still had not been assigned to our order. We had called to see what the problem was either all their dashers were delivering previous orders or are too far to deliver our order. They said we could get our full refund they cancelled our order sent our money to the bank but told us we had to wait three hours for the refund to hit then I call back to talk to another supervisor they are telling me 3-7 business days. Then they only give us 40 in credits but that was only after we complained that this has happened to us on multiple occasions.

After reviewing the customer's concerns, it was found that complaints were valid. The customer has been provided with a full refund of $65.20, in addition to DoorDash credits.

Doordash and it’s drivers have made multiple mistakes on orders of mine over 40$ and they refuse to issue refunds or reorders. So I end up with other people’s food while spending a lot of money.... it’s theft and bad business
I was charged twice for an order. Once on my credit card and again when the driver arrived at the door. The order was missing an order of nuggets and was ice cold. The company refuses to refund ANY of the order.

The fact that they have issue with me having issues with their Service is so inappropriate. In the past six months I’ve had multiple orders that have had issues the issues have been wide ranging such as receiving cold food missing items, orders that the delivery person never delivered to my home, and door dash is app and tracking system saying that items were going to be delivered to my home within five minutes to find out that A DoorDash or delivery driver has not even made it to the restaurant yet to pick up my order. I believe this is done so that you do not cancel your order and you end up waiting an exceedingly long time for food delivery and of course you’re going to except the delivery because by that time you’ve already waited so long for your food that it’s not possible to use another service.

After reviewing the customer's concernsit has been concluded that the complaints were not valid and did not required further action. In the past 6 months the customer has received credits for multiple issues that havebeen reported, however, due to the status of her account further compensation can not be provided on her upmost recent complaint.
