The company did not perform tasks identified in the contract and tired to up sell tasks that should have been performed, under a seperate contract
I agreed to hire the company to replace the railings on my house, to install dog gates at the base of my stairsThe railing were to be replaced in whole all the wood except the corner support pillersThe replacement railings were to be made of rust proof metal wire and pressure treated wood and was to be painted whiteNot all of the wood was replaced, no dogs gates were installed and the railings were not paintedIn addition supports for the upper deck were not included and maynot be to codeWhen I noted that work hadn't been completed I was presented with additional invoices totalling $over the original contract
