Don'tunderstand how this happened, but that caused some delay,And, this is not an excuse, we have changed over our computer system andit has basically been causing problems with our credit department. Iprofusely apologize,Ms. [redacted] payment was sent on 4/1/15, please see attached.Again, my sincerest apologies.
Review: On 12/21/14 I place an order online with this company Order #[redacted] . I requested to be delver priority mail in order for me to get the purse by 12/24/14 . On 12/23/14 I realize my order was send via regular mail and I won't get my item by the date I originally was promised . I called customer services and the only option was to purchase another purse which I did and since It was their error they didn't charge me shipping & handling for my second order. My second order arrive on time as promise . Now the same date I place my second order on 12/23/24 D & B refund me the shipping & handling for the order # [redacted](first order) and I was informed when I return the item I will get credit for it . This is when my second issue started . I return the purse they got it on 01/15/2015 , Im been calling since then every 2 weeks . In one of the called I was told the refund for 179.76 was issue on 01/30/2015 , I was informed this about the first or second week in february , they told me the credit take time to posted in my account. So I been patient enough , my last called was 03/03/15 , the customer services representative request for me to send a copy of my statement [redacted] . I told the lady I purchase my first order with my checking account and I don't feel comfortable sending her that information . The lady which I didnt write the name didn't feel like helping me , So I decide to give them one and last opportunity and fax them a copy of my credit/deposit from my checking account since february as of 03/03/15 . On the deposit transaction I provide it show the $18.18 for the S & H posted on my account on 02/02/2015, this is a credit that was issue on 12/23/14 and its the only credit I have got from them. As of today I still don't have the credit for the item I return of $179.76 . If is necessary I'll be happy to provide my deposit and credit transaction again to someone who help me with this situation .Desired Settlement: I will like the credit to my account for $179.76 for the purse I return since 01/15/15 Order # [redacted].
