placed a deposit for a puppy on October 12th, 2019. The dog was due to have her puppies in mid November, but unfortunately she did not get pregnant. On November 17th, I informed her of the unfortunate news via email and gave her the option to transfer her deposit to a future litter or to fully refund her deposit, even though it is clearly stated on the deposit form that all deposits are nonrefundable. Due to the unforeseen circumstances, I was more than happy to return her deposit. On 11/18 she emailed me back requesting a return of deposit. A couple hours later, she sent another email stating she had changed her mind and she would call to discuss. It wasn't until 11/25 that she decided for certain she wanted her deposit back. This was the week of Thanksgiving. A check was mailed to her home address on 12/4/19. It has not been cashed. On 12/8 and today, 12/13, I asked if she has received her deposit, and I have not received a response. I'm happy to provide all e-mail correspondence.
