We sent package via *** Priority mail, it was scanned few time on the route to delivery address provided by Buyer and finally scanned when it was delivered, so Buyer's claim that order was
never shipped was alreadyAs a our good will to our Customers we offered FREE same day replacement, but Buyer declined our offer on condition that he will buy another locallyIt was another incorrect statement because this product can't be purchased from retail stores only from manufacturer and none locates in state of FloridaThat makes us believe that *** *** received his order and now trying get his money as well
